Electrical Inspection 

 

General condition of the electrical service, main panel, and visible wiring. Random testing of switches and outlets, light fixtures, and ceiling fans.

 

Heating and Air Conditioning Inspection

 

General condition and operation of the visible portion of the furnace and air conditioning units, duct work, thermostat, and air filter.

 

Insulation and Ventilation Inspection 

 

Overall condition of attic and crawl space insulation and ventilation. Operation of exhaust fans.

 

Plumbing Inspection

 

General condition and operation of the plumbing system, including the water heater, plumbing fixtures, and all visible supply piping and drains.

 

Interior Inspection

 

General condition of the walls, ceilings, floor coverings, windows and doors, cabinets and countertops.

 

Appliances

 

General condition and operation of the major appliances.
